Mr Lookman is currently the Head, SME Group. Before assuming his current role, Mr Agbetoba has worked in various capacities in the bank. He joined the bank as an auditor and later became the Strategy office for the bank. His first stint as an auditor was with UAC where he started out as an audit trainee before rising to become the performance and change manager.

Mr Lookman holds a BSc and MSc in Agronomy from the University of Ibadan. He also holds an MSc degree in Industrial & Labour Relations from the University of Lagos.

He is a member of the chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and also a certified microfinance banker.
